At Murtikaar, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure the highest quality in our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged product, we are here to assist you.

 


 

1. Return Policy

a. Timeframe for Returns
You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

b. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

c. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale or promotional offers.

d. How to Initiate a Return

2. Refund Policy

b. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

c. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

4. Exchanges

5. Cancellations
